Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred; Master's or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proven track record of placing C-level and senior leadership candidates
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures
