Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrator, HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and coordinate data cleanup as necessary
- Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and analysis
- Provide daily system support and troubleshooting for end-users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 - 3 years of HRIS Administration experience in UKG is required
- Experience and/or knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to use BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Solid experience in Excel; Pivot tables and vlookups
