Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrator, HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and coordinate data cleanup as necessary
  • Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Provide daily system support and troubleshooting for end-users
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of HRIS Administration experience in UKG is required
  • Experience and/or knowledge of HR practices and policies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to use BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Solid experience in Excel; Pivot tables and vlookups
