Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Business Insurance Producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and calculate insurance plans based on small business customers' needs
• Present and sell small business insurance policies to new clients through quoting and issuing processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial underwriters and follow up on leads to secure business

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license is required
• Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Insurance experience, preferably in a brokerage setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate persistence in sales efforts
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
