Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Inside Sales Manager Player/Coach to manage a team and drive sales in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Inside Sales Representatives, including performance reviews and compliance monitoring
- Communicate regularly with clients and assist in planning and delivering training and sales meetings
- Monitor compliance with promotional programs and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities
Required Qualifications
- Four-Year College Degree required
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of Inside Sales Management experience
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of pharmaceutical/device inside sales experience
- Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Proven ability to meet or exceed defined territory sales goals
