Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead the SDR team and support the transition to new go-to-market motions
- Provide coaching and support for SDRs in account-based engagement
- Oversee onboarding, performance tracking, and develop reporting for productivity
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business development and/or SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years in an SDR leadership or co-lead role with experience in team transitions
- Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
- Strong understanding of account-based and outbound sales motions
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
