Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producing Branch Manager, remote position available in multiple states across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale a team, transition existing volume, or establish a new branch
• Manage branch production and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Recruit and lead originators while providing operational and marketing support

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Producing Branch Manager or team lead
• Active state NMLS license in relevant states
• Experience in recruiting and leading a team of originators
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations
