Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Processing Specialist to provide operational support for various payment channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide member service and staff support regarding payment-related concerns via phone, email, and secure messaging
- Maintain and set up debit cards, process ACH and Share Draft files, and manage daily logs and reports
- Monitor and process fraud claims in compliance with regulations and explain member account information clearly
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- At least one year of related work experience
- Placement within Tier I, II, or III based on prior experience
