Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through phone, email, and chat
• Assist with installation, configuration, and usability of system hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and conduct daily health checks for network and applications

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, M.Sc, or MCA
• 7-9 years of relevant hands-on experience in tech support
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and macOS
• Basic experience with remote management solutions
• Knowledge of networking equipment and systems
