Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Analyst (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the preparation and processing of payroll, benefits, and social security information
- Manage incidents related to employee absences, medical leaves, vacations, and permissions in the company's CRM
- Prepare documentation for contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain digital employee files
Required Qualifications
- University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll
- Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security regulations
- Proven experience with HR management software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Meta4, Personio)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
