Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to develop and oversee employee benefits and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations and administration of health plans and 401(k) plans, including compliance and employee support
  • Administer the annual open enrollment cycle and partner with brokers to monitor benefits trends and utilization
  • Develop employee communications and manage leave of absence programs to ensure compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Benefits & Leave Administration, including 401(k) plans and self-funded health plans
  • Experience with Workday benefits module and HRIS platforms is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of FMLA, disability, and parental leave programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Certified Benefits Professional is a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
