A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytics to support new and modified employee benefit programs, including utilization and trends
- Ensure the accuracy of employee and benefit databases through audits and system corrections
- Participate in HRIS systems and benefits administration implementations and redesigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of employee benefit administration experience
- Experience providing analytical support and research skills related to benefit plan issues
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with HRIS and reporting software
