Key Responsibilities

• Sell a variety of personal lines insurance products, addressing customer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle through phone, text, and email, ensuring a personalized customer experience
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance workflow and close over 60 policies per month with warm leads

Required Qualifications

• 10+ active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
• Experience in a contact center environment with multiple carriers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes
