Proposal Manager - West Region

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager for the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal activities for must-win pursuits
• Organize, produce, and assemble proposal submissions and marketing support materials
• Coordinate client vendor procurement and manage proposal interview presentations

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) firms is required
• Experience managing proposals is required
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe, particularly InDesign
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines effectively
