Public Sector Presales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to support the U.S. Public Sector sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide presales support through remote and onsite engagements
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and respond to technical inquiries
• Create and maintain enablement tools such as demo environments and technical videos

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in presales support, technical support, or IT administration
• Strong technical expertise in networking, endpoint security, email security, and managed detection & response (MDR)
• Knowledge of the security software industry and evolving market trends
• Relevant certifications in networking, security, or cloud technologies are a plus
• Familiarity with Sophos solutions or similar competitive products preferred
