A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the development of an Operational Center of Excellence within the recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement strategies for standardized interviewing and process improvements
- Drive effective hiring programs and partner with teams to enhance headcount planning processes
- Lead and develop the Recruiting Ops team while supporting scaling recruiting operations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Recruiting Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in a high-growth tech company
- 7+ years of total recruiting experience, with a background in operations
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Deep expertise in ATS optimization and implementation, preferably Ashby
- Strong technical acumen in HR and recruiting systems, analytics, and workflow design
