Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Recruitment Coordinator for Mass Hiring of AI Tutors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct CV screening and candidate assessments
• Manage written communication with candidates in English to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate status and feedback

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, HR specialist, support specialist, or project manager
• Education in HR, management, psychology, or sociology is an advantage
• Proficiency in English: C1 or above
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
