Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-achieving Sales team
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • 5+ years of experience leading a dynamic Sales team in a B2B sales model
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of sustainable energy practices is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP/MRP/DRP systems, preferably NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
