Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Ability to lead and develop a high-achieving Sales team
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- 5+ years of experience leading a dynamic Sales team in a B2B sales model
- Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of sustainable energy practices is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP/MRP/DRP systems, preferably NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
