Job Summary
A company is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager to oversee the customer journey for small to mid-sized healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small- to mid-sized healthcare clients as their main point of contact
- Lead onboarding and drive adoption of the platform by educating end users on best practices
- Proactively monitor account health, manage renewals, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise/Group Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS
- Experience working with SMB clients in a high-volume, tech-enabled CSM environment
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows or healthcare technology
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Engineering tools
