A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to create and manage client-facing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and revise Statements of Work (SOWs), RFP responses, and other sales documents
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and guide documents through internal reviews
- Support process improvement and manage a centralized library of contract templates
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, English, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience writing client-facing documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with document templates or content libraries is a plus
