A company is looking for an Area Vice President, Sales to lead and develop a team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives while fostering a high-performance environment
- Oversee day-to-day sales activities to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Guide strategic sales cycles and implement improvements in outreach and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a management or sales leadership role
- Proven success in managing outbound sales teams
- Strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop diverse sales reps
- Deep understanding of sales metrics and experience with Salesforce and related tools
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is required
