Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to facilitate the qualification of farmers for various business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to farmers to identify how FBN's offerings can benefit their operations
- Execute prospecting activities to qualify farmers for FBN commercial products and follow the sales process
- Independently manage and prioritize day-to-day sales activities and lead qualification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience
- Passionate about agriculture and a desire to prioritize the farmer's needs
- Proven ability to thrive in a self-guided work environment
- Comfortable using and explaining technology products/services
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
