Key Responsibilities
- Mentor a team of trainers to ensure effective training delivery and foster collaboration
- Design and implement scalable training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Evaluate training effectiveness and develop targeted initiatives to address performance gaps
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or a sales training role
- 4+ years of experience in communicating product-focused content and value propositions
- 4+ years of experience creating training materials and delivering training content
- Experience using sales intelligence tools/software
- Familiarity with sales CRM/engagement platforms and Learning Management Systems
