Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical information and guidance to customers in a pre-sales capacity
- Collaborate with Account Managers to showcase solutions, deliver presentations, and conduct technical demonstrations
- Assist in crafting Bills of Materials (BoMs) and support proof-of-concept activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar pre-sales role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
- General knowledge of security concepts, networking protocols, and cloud architectures
- Experience in developing sales strategies and proposals
- Ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences
