A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales (Player/Coach).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, and closing
- Mentor and support sales team members in opportunity qualification and solution selling
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of successful B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- 3-5+ years of experience in a team lead or management role preferred
- Strong track record in building pipeline and closing mid-to-large sized deals
- Proven ability to coach and inspire high-performing sales teams
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
