Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of variable compensation plans and ensure timely processing
- Partner with various departments to collect data for the commission platform
- Provide general support for the sales team and assist the A/P team as needed
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Excel, including xlookups, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Basic SQL skills and confidence in analyzing large data sets
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
