Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize sales processes and tools for improved team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract processes, including drafting and legal reviews
- Oversee staffing needs and resource requests for upcoming opportunities
- Develop and maintain internal tools for pricing and manage Salesforce setup for client projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales enablement tools is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
