Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize lead data to drive sales opportunities in cryogenic services
• Provide expert guidance and support to prospective and existing clients regarding fertility preservation and cryogenic storage
• Handle escalated client interactions with professionalism, ensuring a seamless client experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• 3+ years of cryogenic account management experience (highly preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in the fertility field (highly preferred)
• Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Expertise in CRM software, billing systems, and Microsoft Excel
