Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with non-standard deal requests and structure complex deals while driving collaboration across functions
• Ensure efficient execution of deals through a standardized process and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve challenges
• Perform detailed reviews of quotes and order forms for compliance with company policies and assist in process improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in driving complex, cross-functional contract execution across sales, legal, and finance
• Experience in a customer-facing Deal Desk or Revenue Operations role is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce/Salesforce CPQ
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• High emotional intelligence with a focus on understanding team motivations
