Senior Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Business Development, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence across key distribution channels and drive revenue opportunities
• Build and strengthen relationships with TPAs, reinsurers, brokers, and consultants while identifying emerging markets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to position the company's solutions and uncover opportunities for new partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within insurance or managed care
• Proven ability to cultivate and expand partnerships across various stakeholders
• Strong understanding of risk management and outcome-based healthcare models
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
