Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or related roles
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership on sales performance optimization
- Familiarity with GTM tech stack and proficiency in BI tools and CRM platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, territory design, and quota management
