Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize sales compensation plans and administer compensation payouts
- Monitor financial offers and conduct performance analysis to optimize offer strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Sales Leadership, and HR on compensation and offer management
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or revenue operations
- Experience in designing and administering sales compensation plans
- Strong background in deal economics and customer deal strategy
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
