Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with various teams and customers to implement SMS marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the platform and support the sales team in showcasing its capabilities to prospects
- Lead technical discovery calls and document new requests for the Product team
- Provide technical support and collaborate on proof of concepts for complex customer use cases
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales or solutions engineer, support engineer, or in a related technical role
- Knowledge of ecommerce, with a preference for experience in the Shopify ecosystem
- Experience in a customer-facing, revenue-driving role
- Technical proficiency with front-end web technologies and APIs
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers and cross-functional teams
