Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting
- Experience managing 15+ open positions for professional-level roles
- Strong sourcing skills using resume databases like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Education level of an associate degree or higher
- Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
