Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Customer Success (AI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive AI adoption initiatives and integrate AI technologies across departments
  • Support and lead a team of Technical Adoption Architects to deliver value to enterprise customers
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in professional services, consulting, or SaaS implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, ITIL) and experience with custom Statement of Work (SOW) delivery
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while managing P&L and driving financial KPIs
  • Strong background in building executive-level customer relationships and delivering outcome-based solutions
  • Foundational knowledge in AI technologies and their business applications
