Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve technical onboarding programs for Sales Engineers and Technical Personas
- Guide new hires through technical environment setup and conduct training sessions on company-specific tools
- Document and standardize onboarding processes while identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the current onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in employee onboarding, training, or people operations
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training content creation
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in technical environments
- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-growing technology company
