Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve technical onboarding programs for Sales Engineers and Technical Personas
• Guide new hires through technical environment setup and conduct training sessions on company-specific tools
• Document and standardize onboarding processes while identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the current onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in employee onboarding, training, or people operations
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training content creation
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in technical environments
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.)
• Experience in a fast-growing technology company
