A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter-Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and screening resumes
- Act as a liaison with employment and advertising agencies, managing related processes and documentation
- Complete weekly reports on employment activity and mentor junior level staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of Human Resource and/or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills with knowledge of recruiting tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff members
