Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter-Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and screening resumes
  • Act as a liaison with employment and advertising agencies, managing related processes and documentation
  • Complete weekly reports on employment activity and mentor junior level staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of Human Resource and/or recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with knowledge of recruiting tools and methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff members
