A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Call Agent Patient Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation, education, and strategic guidance to patients via phone, email, or text
- Receive, triage, and respond to incoming calls from patients and family members
- Conduct outbound calls for patients recently discharged from healthcare facilities
Required Qualifications
- Current RN Licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Five years of clinical experience
- RNs must obtain a BSN within three years of hire or promotion
- Experience in triage clinical area preferred
