Job Summary
A company is looking for a HRIS - Workday Analyst to join their Global People Systems team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level guidance and support for employees and managers regarding Workday
- Act as the first point of contact for HCM-related queries and manage user access and support tickets
- Create and maintain documentation and lead training sessions on Workday functionalities
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in People Systems/HRIS, particularly with Workday
- Hands-on expertise with the Payroll module and experience with at least four other Workday modules
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced environment
