Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transformative ServiceNow HR solutions based on internal client requirements
- Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, analysts, and testers to deliver innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Performance Analytics, and dashboards/reporting
- 5+ years of management experience with teams supporting ServiceNow
- Proven history of leading the delivery of innovative solutions for large, global employee populations
