Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HR Technology Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transformative ServiceNow HR solutions based on internal client requirements
• Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports
• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, analysts, and testers to deliver innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Performance Analytics, and dashboards/reporting
• 5+ years of management experience with teams supporting ServiceNow
• Proven history of leading the delivery of innovative solutions for large, global employee populations
