Key Responsibilities
- Recruit for Engineering, Product, and Design roles while managing the full-cycle recruiting process
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and align recruitment strategies
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS and other sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, focusing on Engineering, Product, or Design roles
- Experience managing a full cycle recruiting process in high-growth or startup environments
- Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS preferred
