A company is looking for a 401k Sales Activation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary information
- Proactively reach out to clients to schedule account set-up calls
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry
- Working knowledge of the 401(k) product; experience in 401(k) implementation/onboarding is a bonus
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
- Ability to manage multiple plans and contribute to the onboarding core team
- Proficiency in applications such as Zoom, Gmail, and Microsoft/Google Workspace is appreciated
