Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead outbound pipeline generation for its Broker API business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns and source high-value deals globally
- Manage and train a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while instituting team rituals
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure effective lead handoff and pipeline conversion
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a BDR Manager or Team Lead role
- Proven success in building and managing outbound sales functions
- Strong track record of sourcing high-value B2B deals
- Experience with cold-calling, in-person events, and account-based marketing
- Data-driven approach to analyze conversion rates and pipeline attribution
