Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support U.S. sales efforts remotely from South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, SMS, and social media to introduce advertisers to wellness billboard opportunities
- Make daily outbound calls to marketing decision-makers in the U.S. and send 50-100 personalized emails per day
- Book qualified meetings for U.S.-based Account Executives and manage select deals based on performance
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling and a willingness to engage with clients over the phone
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is preferred
- Self-motivated and organized with a focus on achieving activity goals
- Coachable and eager to progress into a closing role over time
- Availability for a minimum of 7 U.S.-aligned hours per day
