A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler to support the Navy Fleet and Family Support contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule customers seeking remote non-medical counseling and maintain appointment schedules
- Manage daily scheduling, including notifying customers of counselor absences and rescheduling
- Track service metrics and maintain referral/resource directories across all time zones
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in complex scheduling and administrative support
- Proficient in computer and office automation software
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
- Ability to work remotely in a quiet, private space with reliable high-speed internet
- Position requires physical location in either the Central or Eastern US time zones
