Key Responsibilities
- Own the health of client accounts, driving retention, satisfaction, and advocacy
- Bridge implementation to launch by configuring platforms and training users
- Lead regular client meetings and health reviews, and respond to client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or service within B2B SaaS
- Bachelor's degree required
- Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new platforms
- Experience in healthcare, tech, or higher education is a bonus
- Project management skills and CRM experience are a plus
