Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of clinical candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of clinical candidates
- Review applications and assess qualifications to ensure hiring needs are met
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically with multi-state Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
- Bachelor's degree at a minimum
- Experience with high-volume hiring and scheduling candidate screens
- Proven experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever
