Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and coordinate the placement of top talent for various positions
• Identify creative ways to source qualified candidates and negotiate employment offers
• Manage multiple job requisitions and participate in the full recruitment cycle

Required Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across various disciplines including Sales, IT, and Scientific roles
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams and leadership
• Strong background in candidate identification, screening, and drafting candidate write-ups
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Prior experience with Workday is preferred
