Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary touchpoint for prospective and existing customers, engaging across various channels
- Answer inquiries and provide tailored responses to customer requests about products and services
- Identify and escalate customer-reported issues for troubleshooting and provide feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in a support or client-facing role in a fast-growing or startup environment
- Availability outside of standard 9 to 5 hours, including weekends and holidays
- Empathetic, curious, energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable personality
- Reliable team player who actively seeks ways to assist others
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times a year for company retreats
