Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Revenue Operations Specialist to support sales processes and optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize day-to-day operations in Salesforce, including data management and reporting
- Manage lead scrubbing, list building, and updating processes to ensure accurate targeting for the Sales team
- Document scalable GTM processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency across Sales and Marketing
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Strong skills in Salesforce (Lightning) for data management and report/dashboard creation
- Experience with lead management and pipeline processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple business priorities
