ISO Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ISO Sales Representative to join their remote team in El Salvador.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and mortgage brokers to generate borrower referrals
• Pursue assigned leads via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal departments to support the sales process and maintain accurate records of sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred
• Previous sales experience in the U.S. is strongly desired
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools
